Elaboración de procedimientos para la implementación de un sistema de gestión de la calidad en "Almacenera Guayaquil S.A." en base a los lineamientos de la norma "ISO 9001 versión 2000".

Resumen
El objetivo de Almacenera Guayaquil S.A. es brindar un servicio de
almacenes generales de deposito para la conservación, custodia y manejo de
productos o mercancías de procedencia nacional o extranjera. Mediante una
evaluación de calidad realizada a la empresa para determinar si las actividades
cumplen con las disposiciones preestablecidas propuestas por los requerimientos
de la norma ISO 9001 versión 2000. En donde se aplico una calificación por
porcentaje de cumplimiento alcanzando Almaquil un porcentaje de
cumplimiento del 65,68%.
Al finalizar la evaluación de calidad se analizaron los problemas
mediante el diagrama de ISHIKAWA (causa efecto), y mediante un análisis de
no – conformidades detectadas se determino el problema mas relevante mediante
la grafica de Paréto dando como resultado que ocurren en el área Gerencia de
Negocios específicamente en las bodegas por la falta de controles eficientes, lo
que disminuye la calidad del servicio que brinda Almacenera Guayaquil S.A. La
propuesta planteada a los problemas es la aplicación de la Visión Gerencial
propuesta por las normas ISO 9001 versión 2000 mediante la elaboración de una
síntesis de un manual de calidad, manual de procedimientos e instructivos de
trabajo.
A la propuesta planteada se le ajunta las siguientes recomendaciones:
Iniciar el cuerpo directriz de la organización para la aplicación del sistema,
establecer un plan de formación para los empleados referente a calidad,
documentar los procedimientos que describen las acciones que se llevan a cabo
para brindar el servicio y para la organización interna de toda la compañía,
Llevar a cabo evaluaciones periódicas de acatamiento del sistema.
The objective of Almacenera Guayaquil S.A. is to provide a service General deposit warehouses for the conservation, custody and management of products or merchandise of national or foreign origin. The proposal raised to the problems is the application of the Management Vision proposed by the ISO 9001 version 2000 standards through the elaboration of a synthesis of a quality manual, manual of procedures and instructions for worked. The following recommendations are added to the proposed proposal: Initiate the governing body of the organization for the application of the system, establish a training plan for employees regarding quality, document procedures that describe the actions to be carried out to provide the service and for the internal organization of the entire company, Conduct periodic system compliance assessments.
