Resumen
Actualmente, las telecomunicaciones están en constante mejora, lo que obliga a
las empresas, centros educativos y pequeños negocios de todo el mundo a
buscar tecnologías innovadoras, como la tecnología GPON. Con la finalidad de
generar un óptimo servicio de video, voz y datos en la escuela Fiscal Mixta “Dr.
Enrique Díaz Galarza”, se diseñó una red GPON que se adapte a las condiciones
socio económicas de la escuela y pueda aportar al desarrollo académico de los
alumnos al ser implementado. Para esto se realizó encuesta a alumnos, padres
y maestros para conocer la condición que presenta la red actual; se observó la
infraestructura de la escuela, el cual consta de 2 plantas y un patio, plasmando
estos datos en un diseño de plano realizado en Illustrator acompañado de la ruta
que recorrería la fibra óptica. El diseño físico de la red se lo realizó en el software
OptiSystem, dando una potencia resultante de -11.99 dBm en cada punto de red.
Finalmente el diseño lógico se elaboró en GNS3 con su respectiva simulación
permitiendo observar el comportamiento de los enlaces de comunicación
demostrando así, la factibilidad del diseño propuesto
Currently, telecommunications are constantly improving, which forces companies, educational centers and small businesses around the world to look for innovative technologies, such as GPON technology. In order to generate an optimal video, voice and data service at the Escuela Fiscal Mixta "Dr. Enrique Díaz Galarza", a GPON network was designed to adapt to the socioeconomic conditions of the school and to contribute to the academic development of the students when implemented. For this purpose, students, parents and teachers were surveyed to know the condition of the current network; the school's infrastructure was observed, which consists of two floors and a courtyard. This data was captured in a plan design made in Illustrator with the route that the fiber optic would take.
