Resumen
El presente trabajo de investigación tiene el objetivo de determinar los Factores sociodemográficos y obstétricos asociados con Partos Pretérmino en el Hospital Matilde Hidalgo de Procel durante el periodo de Julio del 2019 a Enero del 2020. La metodología utilizada es no experimental, observacional, descriptivo, retrospectivo y transversal. Los instrumentos de investigación fichas de observación y entrevista; con una muestra de 107 pacientes, obtenido los siguientes resultados: que las adolescentes que presentaron partos pretérmino fueron: de 18 años 27%, instrucción bachiller 78.5%, ocupación ama de casa, procedencia urbano marginal; 74.8% nulípara, 21.5% presentaron antecedentes patológicos en el embarazo anterior, y en el embrazo actual predomina la Infecciones urinarias con 29.9% revelan presentar ente 1 a 5 controles el 76.6%. y que los partos ocurrían en 84,11% con edad gestacional entre 34 a 36.6 semanas. Se Concluye de este modo que es importante realizar asesorías y charlas informativas para orientar y concientizar a la paciente la importancia de un embarazo y sus controles prenatales correspondiente, previniendo de este modo complicaciones e incluso la muerte materno-feta
This research work aims to determine the sociodemographic and obstetric factors associated with Preterm Births at the Matilde Hidalgo Hospital in Procel during the period from July 2019 to January 2020. The methodology used is non-experimental, observational, descriptive, retrospective and cross. Research instruments observation and interview cards; With a sample of 107 patients, the following results were obtained: that the adolescents who presented preterm deliveries were: 18 years of age 27%, high school instruction 78.5%, housewife occupation, marginal urban origin; 74.8% nulliparous, 21.5% presented pathological history in the previous pregnancy, and in the current pregnancy Urinary infections predominate with 29.9% revealing that 76.6% present between 1 to 5 controls. and that deliveries occurred in 84.11% with a gestational age between 34 to 36.6 weeks. This concludes that it is important to carry out consultations and informative talks to guide and raise awareness in the patient about the importance of pregnancy and its corresponding prenatal controls, thus preventing complications and even maternal-fetal death
