Resumen
La presente investigación se la realizó por la probelmática presentada en la Federación Deportiva del Guayas de Escalada Deportiva de no contar con una guía de ejercicios específicos para lograr la técnica deportiva en los niños. El objetivo fue: Elaborar una guía de ejercicios específicos para el desarrollo de la técnica en la escalada deportiva mediante la aplicación de una metodología dinámica. La modalidad de la investigación fue de campo con un diseño no experimental, con un estudio mixto cualicuantitativo, la muestra fue de 20 niños de 9 a 12 años y 5 profesores, las técnicas de recolección de información aplicadas fueron la encuesta y guía de observación. Se concluyó que se elaboró una guía de ejercicios específicos, en la misma se describión cada una de las actividades que buscan mejorar los fundamentos técnicos y las habilidades y destrezas psicomotrices.
The present investigation was carried out due to the problem presented in the Climbing Sports Federation of not having a guide of specific exercises to achieve the sports technique in children. The objective was: To elaborate a guide of specific exercises for the development of the technique in sport climbing through the application of a playful methodology. The modality of the research was field with a non-experimental design, with a mixed qualitative-quantitative descriptive study, the sample was 20 children from 9 to 12 years old and 5 teachers, the information collection techniques applied were the survey and a guide observational. It is concluded that a specific exercise guide was prepared, in which each of the activities that seek to improve the technical fundamentals and psychomotor skills and abilities were described.
