The paper explores the problems experienced by higher education in teaching, teacher development research and practices currently employed in the Ecuadorian education. It raises the alternative of using e-learning as a teaching tool for the implementation of virtual classrooms and better assimilation of knowledge. This documentation is intended to be practical, feasible and progressive through the potential of the world stage and the availability in the educational system. It proposes the design of a training program for teachers of the Faculty of Philosophy, beginning at an early stage of the proposal to teachers who teach their subjects in the race's degree from the University of Guayaquil. This will prepare the professor seeks to use technological tools in a comprehensive and easy to work, fulfilling one of the objectives defined in the research work which is "to integrate e-learning in university teaching as a teaching tool for education”. This is the main base and therefore the critical point of the study, in addition to documenting the educational problems that affect developing constantly in the process of student learning.
Today the emphasis is on the sexuality of adolescents, due to the increase of pregnancies and the incidence of STDs in this population, resulting in poor academic performance. This paper offers an educational guide to provide guidance for proper reflection on sexuality to help alleviate the dropout and high school youth, especially those who are on the verge of completion of their secondary school. In Ecuador, there is not enough literature by proposals to the problem of youth sexuality; there are more programs to provide information about sexual problems and sporadic events, drivers who visit infrequently educational institutions organized by the Ministry of Health. For these reasons, the paper is a tool for implementation and enforcement that is inserted into the school curriculum to contribute significantly in making young people aware of the average level of conflict they cannot be alien. Taking into also the pedagogical models ranging from constructivism, critical model and concluded by the model-based critical skills.
