Resumen
El presente estudio tiene como objetivo crear un sistema de ejercicios mediante
actividades para la enseñanza técnica de caída baja en guardametas, por este
motivo se analizaron y sintetizaron los ideales de diferentes autores que aportan
al tema investigado, en correspondencia a las variables de la investigación para
buscar una herramienta utilitaria que dé solución a la problemática sustentada,
recurriendo a la exploración de campo y a tipos de indagación descriptiva, además con el empleo de las técnicas e instrumentos de recolección de información tales como la encuesta y la ficha de observación dirigida a 15 porteros incluyendo la entrevista tanto a preparadores de arqueros como especialistas en el área, mostraron como resultado el bajo nivel de aprendizaje que tienen los guardapalos en relación a la técnica de caída baja anexado a esto se destacó la importancia que tiene desarrollar cada gesto técnico en su etapa formativa como futbolistas incluyendo la implementación de recursos didácticos, capacitación y conocimiento de diversas variantes de ejercicios por parte del entrenador que permita al golero tener un aprendizaje significativo, concluyendo con el pensamiento de que si el cancerbero no realiza la práctica deportiva de las diferentes técnicas básicas tiende disminuir su nivel de reacción, su elasticidad y su forma correcta de caer. Es por ello que se presenta el sistema de ejercicios como una propuesta eficaz que secuencia los ejercicios desde lo simple hasta lo complejo basado en diferentes etapas: diagnóstico, planificación, aplicación y evaluación permitiendo que el portero ejecute el fundamento técnico correctamente.
The aim of this study is to create a system of exercises through activities for the technical teaching of low fall technique in goalkeepers, for this reason the ideals of different authors that contribute to the researched topic were analysed and synthesised in correspondence to the variables of the research in order to find a useful tool that provides a solution to the supported problem, The results of the field exploration and descriptive types of enquiry, as well as the use of techniques and instruments for the collection of information such as the survey and the observation form directed at 15 goalkeepers, including the interview of both goalkeeping coaches and specialists in the area, showed the low level of learning of the goalkeepers, showed as a result the low level of learning that the goalkeepers have in relation to the low fall technique. In addition to this, the importance of developing each technical gesture in their formative stage as footballers was highlighted, including the implementation of didactic resources, training and knowledge of different variants of exercises by the coach that allows the goalkeeper to have a significant learning, concluding with the thought that if the goalkeeper does not practice the different basic techniques, his level of reaction, his elasticity and his correct way of falling tends to decrease. This is why the system of exercises is presented as an effective proposal that sequences the exercises from the simple to the complex based on different stages: diagnosis, planning. application and evaluation, allowing the goalkeeper to execute the technical fundamentals correctly.
