La enseñanza de la técnica de dominio de balón en el fútbol genera gran impacto en el ámbito deportivo, provoca en los practicantes el estímulo necesario para aprender el gesto técnico, incitando a las jugadoras a prepararse para llegar a la élite y participar a nivel internacional en las grandes ligas mundiales. trabajo tiene como objetivo diseñar una guía de actividades lúdicas para la enseñanza del dominio del balón en niñas futbolistas de 8 a 10 años, por consiguiente, se abordaron y analizaron los recursos teóricos de diversos autores en relación con las variables de este estudio para diseñar el instrumento que brinde solución al problema evidenciado, aplicando la modalidad de investigación de campo y el tipo de metodología descriptiva, utilizando la encuesta dirigida a 25 padres de familia y la ficha de observación a 30 niñas seleccionadas como población, así como también aplicando la entrevista a 2 expertos especialistas en fútbol como técnicas e instrumentos de recolección de datos, manifestando como resultado un deficiente dominio de balón evidenciando dificultades que tienen las niñas en la ejecución de la técnica como descoordinación y bajo nivel de control del esférico. Se concluye en la importancia de aplicar herramientas útiles para la enseñanza de los fundamentos técnicos en edades infantiles direccionados a desarrollar las habilidades y destrezas. Teniendo en cuenta esto, se recomienda la guía de actividades lúdicas en los entrenamientos como propuesta para el aprendizaje del dominio de balón estructuradas por las fases de inicio, organización, desarrollo y finalización
The teaching of the ball control technique in soccer generates a great impact in the sports field, it provokes in the practitioners the necessary stimulus to learn the technical gesture, inciting the players to prepare themselves to reach the elite and participate at an international level in the major world leagues. The objective of this work is to design a guide of recreational activities for teaching ball control in soccer girls from 8 to 10 years old, therefore, the theoretical resources of various authors were addressed and analyzed in relation to the variables of this study to design the instrument that provides a solution to the evidenced problem, applying the field research modality and the type of descriptive methodology, using the survey addressed to 25 parents and the observation sheet to 30 girls selected as a population, as well as applying the interviewed 2 expert specialists in soccer such as data collection techniques and instruments, showing as a result a poor command of the ball, evidencing difficulties that girls have in executing the technique such as lack of coordination and low level of control of the ball. It is concluded that it is important to apply useful tools for the teaching of technical fundamentals in children ages aimed at developing skills and abilities. Taking this into account, the guide to recreational activities in training sessions is recommended as a proposal for learning to master the ball, structured by the phases of initiation, organization, development and completion
