Sistema de ejercicios en el desarrollo de habilidades motrices integradas al tenis de campo en escolares

Resumen
Las habilidades motrices básicas, en las edades iniciales, deberían ser dominadas en la etapa de niñez temprana, esto es hasta los 6 años de edad. Con esto la vinculación a cualquier actividad predeportiva, puede ser mucho más divertida y posible de lograr por los infantes, pues podrán realizar con mejor posibilidad los movimientos más complejos, que deben no solamente realizar con su propio peso y cuerpo, sino con la suma e inicio, del uso de implementos para el tenis de campo. El objetivo de la investigación fue determinar, que tipos de ejercicios necesitan los escolares, mediante el método de investigación descriptivo, para el desarrollo de las habilidades motrices en el aprendizaje en técnicas de Tenis de Campo en la Academia Suárez Tenis Club de la ciudad de Guayaquil, durante el 2022. El tipo
investigación: cualitativa, descriptiva. La población fue de: 44 deportistas, de ellos, se seleccionaron los 12 niños que practican el tenis, en edades entre 4 a 6 años. El muestreo tuvo un carácter intencional, al tomar el 100% de los niños de dicha Academia, con juicio del investigador. Se concluye que, el sistema de ejercicios propuesto para los participantes en la investigación, fue de gran impacto, ya que el desarrollo de las habilidades motrices integrales, permitieron mejorar la técnica en el tenis de campo
Basic motor skills, at early ages, should be mastered in early childhood, that is, up to 6 years of age. The objective of the research was determine, what types of exercises schoolchildren need, through the descriptive research method, for the development of motor skills in learning Field Tennis techniques at the Suárez Tennis Club Academy in the city of Guayaquil, during 2022. The type of Qualitative, descriptive research. The population was: 44 athletes, of whom the 12 children who practice tennis, aged between 4 to 6 years, were selected. The sampling had an intentional character, by taking 100% of the children of said Academy with the investigator´s judgment. It is concluded that the system of exercises proposed for the participants in the investigation had a great impact, since the development of motor skills integral, allowed to improve the technique in court tennis.
