Resumen
Esta es una investigación descriptiva no experimental realizada en la Unidad Educativa Fiscal Tnte. Hugo Ortíz de Guayaquil en 2021, para determinar la relación causal entre realismo social y pensamiento crítico.
Se partió de la verificación cualitativa del nivel de pensamiento crítico en que se encuentran los estudiantes de 3ro de Bachillerato, mediante una ficha de observación diseñada por Calle y Gerzon (2013). Se tomaron
encuestas a una muestra de 130 estudiantes de 3ro de Bachillerato, equivalente al 70%, que corresponde a 91 sujetos y en docentes a 10. Los resultados demuestran la importancia de estudiar el realismo social del Grupo de los 30tas, para comparar los problemas de la sociedad ecuatoriana de ésa época con los actuales, mediante el análisis de la novela Las pequeñas estaturas de Alfredo Pareja Diezcanseco, aportando con una Guía didáctica a la teoría de la pedagogía crítica de Paulo Freire donde pensar es actuar.
This is a non-experimental descriptive investigation carried out at the Tnte Fiscal Educational Unit.
