E-Complaint, Sistema Web Para Denuncias Por Robos Menores Cometidos Dentro Del Perímetro Urbano De La Ciudad De Guayaquil

Resumen
Ante la incesante ola delictiva que aqueja a la ciudad de Guayaquil, E-complaint
nace como una aplicación capaz de dar frente a este problema, con la realización de
denuncias a través internet de los robos y asaltos en calles y transportes públicos,
siendo esta su razón de ser, es de destacar que la aplicación ofrecerá al ciudadano la
posibilidad de que pueda describir al antisocial y en el mejor de los casos acceder a
fotografías con descripciones similares e identificar al delincuente de encontrarse
entre las fotografías propuestas. Esta aplicación requerirá para su funcionamiento
realizar consultas a bases de datos externas de organismos estatales como Policía
Judicial y Registro Civil que permitan validar y acceder a información de manera
que se llegue a facilitar el proceso de denuncia a los ciudadanos; estas conexiones
serán simuladas por efecto de tratarse de un proyecto académico. Su metodología de
desarrollo a considerado el uso de la arquitectura 3 capas que permita el uso del
internet como recurso y plataforma de comunicación. En el desarrollo e
implementación se ha usado herramientas y software Open Source tales como el
motor de base de datos MySql 5.1, Netbeans 6.5 como herramienta de desarrollo y
de Pentaho Open Source Bussines Intelligence como plataforma BI de visualización
de reportes, dashboard y cubos. El uso de estas herramientas permitirá que este
proyecto de software pueda ser implementado y prestar sus servicios a la sociedad
teniendo un bajo costo de inversión por concepto de licenciamiento de software. Al
finalizar este proyecto y luego de medir su factibilidad y aceptación de nuestra parte
podemos concluir que esta aplicación será de gran ayuda y apoyo para que la Policía
pueda hacer frente al fenómeno social de la delincuencia con informes estadístico
que le permitan analizar los índices delictivos de la ciudad de Guayaquil en base a las
denuncias recolectadas.

This application requires for its operation queries to external databases of state agencies such as Police Force and Civil Registry that provide access and validate information so as to arrive at facilitating the process of speaking to the people, these connections are simulated effect be an academic project. Its development methodology considered the use of 3-layer architecture that allows the use of the internet as a resource and communication platform. As an added bonus this application will be developed and implemented with Open Source tools and software such as database engine MySQL 5.1, Netbeans 6.5 as development tool and as a platform Pentaho BI reports display, dashboard and cubes. The use of these tools will allow software project can be implemented and provide their services to society, having a low cost of investment for software licensing concept. Upon completion of this project and then to measure its feasibility and acceptance on our part we can conclude that this application will be of great help and support for the police to cope with the social phenomenon of crime with statistical reports that allow analysis of crime rates the city of Guayaquil on the basis of complaints collected.
