Resumen
Las patologías anorectales más frecuentes en pacientes VIH/SIDA atendidos en el Hospital de Infectología en el periodo 2014 a 2021. Para el respectivo análisis hemos consultado 430 historias clínicas, mediante el cual determinamos que los pacientes en estudio presentaron con mayorfrecuencia fisuras anales con 110 casos, abscesos con 88 casos, verruga anal con 82 casos, ulcera anal con 54 casos, hemorroides con 47 casos, fistulas anales con 28 casos y finalmente los condilomas con 21 casos. Los factores de riesgo que intervinieron en los 430 pacientes con VIH/SIDA que desencadenaron algún tipo de patología anorectal, encontrando en primer lugar el sexo varón con 84 % de los casos, pacientes con edades entre 18 a 30 años con una media de 26 años representando con 68%, raza mestiza con 74%, procedencia urbana con 67% y el factor de riesgo más frecuente fue tener múltiples parejas sexuales con 71%, seguido de la homosexualidad con 68% y el alcoholismo con 67%. The most frequent anorectal pathologiesin HIV/AIDS patientstreated at the Infectious Diseases Hospital from 2014 to 2021. The risk factors that intervened in the 430 patients with HIV/AIDS that triggered some type of anorectal pathology, found in first place the male sex with 84% of the cases, patients with ages between 18 to 30 years with an average of 26 years representing 68%, mestizo race with 74%, urban origin with 67% and the most frequent risk factor was having multiple sexual partners with 71%, followed by homosexuality with 68% and alcoholism with 67%.
