Estudio de factibilidad para la creación de una empresa pública para la gestión de mototaxis en la ciudad de Naranjito

Resumen
El presente trabajo de integración curricular se desarrolló en la localidad de Naranjito, el objetivo principal fue elaborar un proyecto de factibilidad para la creación de una empresa pública de gestión y control de mototaxis en la ciudad de Naranjito. La metodología utilizada fue el método deductivo-inductivo, con un enfoque mixto y una tipología de investigación exploratoria y descriptiva, dando acceso a la realización de encuestas hacia los conductores, los cuales fueron estudiados con una población de 322 conductores, dando como muestra de estudio un total de 97 conductores; y consumidores, mismos que fueron segmentados hasta quedar 28.510 personas, luego de analizar la población económicamente activa e inactiva en base a las proyecciones demográficas fundamentadas en la “INEC” y de escoger en igual proporción de encuestados con respecto a la muestra de conductores, logrando medir el impacto del servicio mejorado de transporte de mototaxis mediante la evaluación de la viabilidad del proyecto usando herramientas como el flujo efectivo neto, el valor actual neto y la tasa interna de retorno. Entre los resultados más importantes de la investigación se obtuvo un valor actual neto de USD 29.997,66, indicando que los beneficios son superiores a los costos en términos actuales; por otra parte, la tasa interna de retorno del 21,67% indica que el proyecto de factibilidad es viable, pues es superior a la tasa de descuento de 10,82%, por lo que, el proyecto puede cancelar la deuda contraída con la entidad financiera.
The present work on curricular integration was developed in the town of Naranjito, the main objective was to develop a feasibility project for the creation of a public company for the management and control of motorcycle taxis in the city of Naranjito. The methodology used was the deductive-inductive method, with a mixed approach and an exploratory and descriptive research typology, giving access to conducting surveys on drivers, which were studied with a population of 322 drivers, giving as a study sample a total of 97 drivers; and consumers, which were segmented until there were 28,510 people, after analyzing the economically active and inactive population based on demographic projections based on the "INEC" and choosing an equal proportion of respondents with respect to the sample of drivers, achieving measure the impact of the improved motorcycle taxi transport service by evaluating the feasibility of the project using tools such as net cash flow, net present value and internal rate of return. Among the most important results of the research, a net present value of USD 29,997.66 was obtained, indicating that the benefits are greater than the costs in current terms; On the other hand, the internal rate of return of 21.67% indicates that the feasibility project is viable, since it is higher than the discount rate of 10.82%, therefore, the project can cancel the debt contracted with the financial entity
