Resumen
Este proyecto busca potenciar la actividad del paseo en bote a remo ya que por muchos años ha sido olvidada, pero gracias a esta iniciativa se la quiere reactivar turísticamente como una práctica de varios beneficios en la cual se conocerán los recursos naturales, culturales e históricos de forma sustentable para obtener una atractiva forma de trabajo para los que administran el paseo en bote del Malecón del Estero Salado, y una nueva experiencia para el visitante teniendo de cerca el estero. En el desarrollo del primer capítulo se buscó cual es el problema social, ambiental y económico para saber como llevar a cabo el proyecto y saber cuales son los puntos problemáticos que afectan al paseo. A continuación en el segundo capítulo, se trata de recabar información más allá de lo visible para conocer su situación inicial y como se ha manejado a través de los años, cual es su estructura y como se emplea el manejo del negocio. En el tercer capítulo se recabaron datos estadísticos del manejo de la actividad turística, que métodos de investigación se utilizará para dar una mejor sistematización al proyecto. En el cuarto capítulo se analiza la información obtenida mediante cuadros de valoración turística, listas de chequeo y encuestas, las cuales muestran el estado en el que se encuentra el atractivo. El quinto capítulo se crea la propuesta con sus diferentes características que le dan realce al atractivo turístico con el fin de potencializarlo y además aportando nuevas ideas que complementen al paseo en bote. Finalmente, se dan recomendaciones y conclusiones que aportan al mejoramiento del paseo en bote y qué medidas tomar después de haber analizado las opiniones de los mismos turistas y usuarios.
This project seeks to enhance the activity of rowing boat ride that has been forgotten for many years, however thanks to this initiative it tries to revive the practice for tourism as a practice with benefits that will show the natural, cultural and historical resources in a sustainable way for an attractive way of working for the administration of boating in Malecon del Estero Salado, and a new experience for the visitor having to close the estuary. In the first chapter was sought the social, environmental and economic problem to know how to carry out the project and know what are the problem areas affecting the ride. Then in the second chapter, it is collecting information beyond what visible is to know its initial situation and how it has been handled over the years, what its structure is were managed and business management as is used. In the third chapter statistics of tourism and the research methods to be used, to systematize the project in a better way. The fourth chapter analyzes the information obtained through boxes tourist valuation, checklists and surveys, which show the state that is the appeal. The fifth chapter the proposal is created with different characteristics that give prominence to the attraction in order to give it potential management and also bringing new ideas to complement the boat ride. Finally, they are given conclusions and recommendations that contribute to improving the boating and what to do after having analyzed the views of the same tourists and users.
