Percepción de licenciados/as, interno/as y auxiliares de enfermería sobre el proceso de aplicación del método enfermero de los estudiantes de la Universidad de Guayaquil

Resumen
En función de la línea epistemológica y tomando la invitación de Morín a salir de una manera sencilla y ver la realidad nos motivó a determinar la percepción de licenciados, internas y auxiliares de enfermería sobre el proceso de la aplicación del método enfermero de los estudiantes de la Universidad de Guayaquil Hospital Luis Vernaza área clínica 2015, es una investigación cuantitativa, descriptiva-trasversal, de campo. Se aplicaron encuestas al 100% de la población. Licenciadas opinaron que el tiempo de práctica como estudiantes de primero a tercer año en asignaturas básicas es poca con un 63%, interno poco con un 77% y auxiliares poco con un 53%, mientras que como internos, tanto licenciados 80%, internos 83% coinciden que es poca y auxiliares perciben que es poca con 45%. En asignaturas profesionales como estudiantes, licenciadas 78% e internos 80% opinan que poca. En cuanto al apoyo que la licenciada/o brinda a estudiantes en el aprendizaje, tanto licenciadas/o como internos coinciden opinan que es poca 68%. Desde el análisis de la percepción de auxiliares, estudiantes 54% como internos 65% aplicaron conocimientos adquiridos en la universidad en la escala de poco, la función que mejor desempeña el estudiante es educativa con 32%, y del interno asistencial con 63%. Se concluye que la puesta en práctica de los cuidados en enfermería es tan importante como la adquisición de conocimientos.

In supporting the licensed / or gives students in learning, both licensed / or as internally consistent view that is low 68%. From the analysis of the perception of assistants, students 54% 65% applied as internal knowledge acquired at the university on the scale of little function that best serves the student's education with 32%, and domestic care with 63%. It is concluded that the implementation of nursing care is as important as the acquisition of knowledge.
