The following work was carried out on the premises of Mr. Joffre López P. enclosure located in the parish San Francisco Carrizal canton Milagro, Guayas Province, in the dry season of 2015 the objectives were: a) determine the optimal dose of boron in two hybrid pepper; b) measuring the absorption of boron treatments; c) Measure the economic feasibility of the use of boron source fertilization. The research was conducted with two hybrid Bengal Quetzal and five doses of boron were studied with 0, 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2.0 liters which combinations resulted in ten treatments, used a block design random factorial arrangement A * B, with four replications, the comparison test measures the treatments performed by Duncan test at 5% probability. In total thirty-one variables were evaluated. It was concluded: A) In the hybrid factor six variables were statistically equal, hybrid quetzal treatments were higher on average twenty Bengal hybrid; b) In the boron dose factor was the best dose of 0.5 liters statistically beating other doses in all the variables studied, c) The best marginal return rate the present treatment HB - 0.5 LT (hybrid boro dose of Bengal and 0.5 liters)
