Resumen
La Programación Neurolingüística es una de las maneras que la PNL
representa es enfocar el aprendizaje humano básicamente desarrollamos
maneras de enseñarle a la gente a usar su propia cabeza" (Bandler, 1982).
Programación: se refiere al proceso de organizar los elementos de
un sistema (representaciones sensoriales), para lograr resultados específicos.
Neuro: (del griego "neurón", que quiere decir nervio), representa el principio
básico de que toda conducta es el resultado de los procesos neurológicos.
Lingüística: (del latín "Lengua", que quiere decir lenguaje), indica que los procesos nerviosos están representados y organizados secuencialmente en
modelos y estrategias mediante el sistema del lenguaje y comunicación.
El término comunicación puede ser definido como un “proceso” (de fases de
un fenómeno) por medio del cual emisores y receptores de mensajes
interactúan en un contexto social dado. Esta definición tiene la virtud de ser lo
suficientemente extensa para abarcar aquellas situaciones educativas a la que
todo docente se enfrenta diariamente.
En el estudio efectuado por Bandler y GIander implementaron analizar a los bueno comunicadores; es decir, los que eran capaces de comunicarse con
diferentes tipos de personas, en diferentes contextos y en varios niveles y ser
capaces de tener respuestas que otros no sabían cómo lograr.
“En la comunicación no existen fracasos, solo hay resultados”
La PNL originalmente fue concebida para los procesos terapéuticos, los
resultados que se sucedieron en forma extraordinaria lograron que su
utilización trascendiera esa frontera.
El tema Programación Neurolingüística de la comunicación nace como
necesidad de un cambio de paradigma en la educación, que se vive con la
necesidad de tener una comunicación eficaz que debe tener el binomio
docente alumno y que le permitan a este último generar estados mentales
estimulantes para el logro de los objetivos.
