Resumen
Es necesario plantear la necesidad de que los estudiantes sean apoyados por sus padres para lograr un desarrollo pleno y armonioso de su educación. El objetivo de la investigación fue estimular la reflexión entre los padres de familia y docentes sobre la comunicación en el entorno escolar, para orientar a sus hijos en el
desarrollo académico. El método de investigación-acción participativa permitió afirmar que los padres y docentes de la comunidad educativa poseen una deficiente forma de interactuar. Se concluye que existen desacuerdos, una desinformación en los métodos de aprendizaje y una pobre comunicación que repercute
en el manejo inadecuado del desarrollo académico de los estudiantes. Se deben diseñar programas desde la participación activa de los padres de familia y docentes sobre la comunicación en
el entorno escolar. La comunicación entre la familia y la escuela es un proceso de los resultados de la estrecha colaboración entre muchas personas preocupadas por la familia. Surge para intentar
ayudar a los padres y a los docentes a aprender a comunicarse mejor entre sí, y para ayudar a los padres a aprender a implicarse en la escuela de forma significativa. Parte de la filosofía de la potenciación de los individuos y de los grupos y de la toma de decisiones conjunta. Su objetivo principal es favorecer las
relaciones entre las familias y la escuela, por lo que primero trabaja con padres de familia y docentes por separado, y luego con padres de familia, docentes y equipo directivo conjuntamente, donde se
decide entre todos que hacer.

The aim of the research was stimulate thinking among parents and teachers about the communication in the school setting, to guide their children in the academic development. The action research method participatory state that allowed parents and teachers of the educational community have a poor way to interact. It is concluded that there are disagreements, misinformation in the learning methods and poor communication impact the inadequate management of academic development students. Programs should be designed from participation active parents and teachers about communication the school environment. Communication between family and school is a process the outcome of close collaboration between many people concerned about family. Arises to try help parents and teachers learn to communicate each other better, and to help parents learn to get involved at school significantly. Part of the philosophy of empowerment of individuals and groups and making joint decisions. Its main objective is to promote the relationships between families and school, so first works with parents and teachers separately, and then with parents family, teachers and management team together, where choose among all to do.
