Resumen
Esta investigación se inserta en el área de la Psicología Educativa y procura establecer la relación existente entre el divorcio y el rendimiento académico en las estudiantes de segundo año de bachillerato, el colegio que fue objeto de investigación fue el Colegio de señoritas Rita Lecumberri.
Muchas investigaciones indican que los conflictos familiares tienen una gran repercusión en el rendimiento académico de los estudiantes que cursan el bachillerato, pero actualmente el divorcio se está dando con mayor énfasis y debido a que en nuestra sociedad casi siempre se da en los términos inadecuados, es decir con problemas o discusiones afectando de manera significativa a las estudiantes.
Para obtener la información requerida se elaboró una encuesta la misma que fue aplicada tanto a estudiantes como padres y profesores de la institución antes mencionada, cuya información en conjunto con la investigación teórica se confirmará que el divorcio tiene consecuencias no solo a la pareja sino en las estudiantes los cuales manifestarían en su rendimiento y que esto no solo generará inconformidad por parte de los padres, sino inseguridad en las estudiantes.
Los resultados indican que al existir un divorcio se reflejará en el rendimiento académico de las estudiantes, el mismo que podría llegar a la deserción escolar y esto provocará en los padres expectativas insatisfechas en relación a sus hijos
This research is inserted in the field of educational psychology and seeks to establish the relationship between divorce and academic performance in students of sophomore year, the school that was investigated was the College of ladies Rita Lecumberri. Much research has shown that family conflicts have a great impact on the academic performance of students in the school, but now the divorce is being given more emphasis and because in our society almost always occurs in inappropriate terms, is problems or discussions that significantly affect the students. To obtain the required information it developed a survey that was applied to both students and parents and teachers of the aforementioned institution, and this information together with the theoretical investigation confirmed that divorce has consequences not only the couple but in the which manifest themselves in student performance and that this will not only generate dissatisfaction on the part of parents, but insecurity in students. The results indicate that a divorce be reflected in the academic performance of students, it could reach dropouts and this will result in unmet expectations parents regarding their children.
