Resumen
El tema relacionado con Análisis de la aplicación de un esquema B2E para la empresa de consumo masivo Arca Continental Ecuador, se da por el inconveniente que se tiene en la actualidad en los costos elevados de distribución que genera grandes recursos, esto con un limitado número de ventas, sino considerar el emprendimiento de quienes son parte de la entidad, el objetivo del presente estudio es de Definir un modelo sostenible B2E que mejore el consumo masivo incentivando a los empleados a ser parte de la distribución de bebidas y refrescos, además de Identificar las ventajas del modelo tecnológico B2E para monitorear los requerimientos y necesidades de los empleados para ser distribuidores de la empresa. La metodología aplicada es de carácter exploratorios al revisar diferentes artículos relacionados al B2E como estrategia de ampliación y control, se utilizó una metodología descriptiva al momento de hacer encuesta a los empleados y saber que existe el interés de ser parte de la organización como distribuidores, esto se lo realizo con las encuestas y entrevistas detalladas en todos los empleados existente. El diseño esta detallado en el marco tecnológico donde se establece un software directo para que los empleados tengan una capacidad de adquisición y los conocimientos necesarios de gestión para su adecuado desenvolvimiento. Ampliando la cobertura por parte de la empresa y los beneficios compartidos con los empleados.
The issue related to Analysis of the application of a B2E scheme for the company of mass consumption Arca Continental Ecuador, is given by the inconvenience that is currently in the high costs of distribution that generates large resources, this with a limited number of sales, but consider the entrepreneurship of those who are part of the entity, the objective of this study is to define a sustainable B2E model that improves mass consumption by encouraging employees to be part of the distribution of beverages and soft drinks, in addition to identifying advantages of the B2E technological model to monitor the requirements and needs of employees to be distributors of the company. The methodology applied is exploratory in reviewing different articles related to the B2E as an expansion and control strategy, a descriptive methodology was used when surveying the employees and knowing that there is interest in being part of the organization as distributors, this I do it with surveys and detailed interviews on all existing employees. The design is detailed in the technological framework where a direct software is established so that employees have an acquisition capacity and the necessary knowledge of management for its proper development. Expanding coverage by the company and the benefits shared with employees.
