Resumen
El Clima Organizacional es muy importante, debido a que tiene influencia en el
comportamiento de trabajadores, lo que permite tener un excelente desempeño
laboral en las diferentes áreas de la empresa. Se parte de la hipótesis que el Clima
organizacional tiene relación con el desempeño laboral, donde existen diferentes
causas que ocasionan este problema la falta de motivación, capacitación,
comunicación, prestar mayor atención a las relaciones interpersonal de los
trabajadores. Se tiene como objetivo establecer si existe relación entre el clima
organizacional y el desempeño laboral, mostrar cuales son las posibles soluciones
que se pueden efectuar para mejorar o crear un clima organizacional que permita
lograr un aumento en el desempeño, teniendo en cuenta los trabajadores son el
componente principal para alcanzar los objetivos de la empresa. El presente trabajo
consta de cuatro capítulos: El capítulo I, habla del marco teórico del presente estudio,
con temas como el clima organizacional, tipos de climas organizacionales, etc.
Además se enfoca en los temas relevantes para la propuesta como son capacitación,
motivación, equipo de trabajo. El capítulo II los Análisis de la situación como
Antecedentes del Problema, en el capítulo III se realiza el análisis de los datos que
permiten determinar cuáles son los problemas, y para finalizar el capítulo IV,
comprende la propuesta para la empresa INSERCO S.A, también se encuentran las
conclusiones y recomendaciones que se propone para mejorar el clima
organizacional y el desempeño laboral.
The organizational climate is very important, because it has and influence the behavior of workers, which allows excellent work performance in different areas of the company. It starts from the assumption that organizational climate is related to job performance, where there are different causes that cause this problem the lack of motivation, training, communication, pay more attention to the interpersonal relationships of employees. It aims to establish the correlation between organizational climate and job performance, show what are the possible solutions that can be made to enhance or create an organizational environment which enables an increase in performance, taking into account the workers are main component to achieve the objectives of the company. This work consists of four chapters: Chapter I, speaking of the theoretical framework of this study, with topics such as organizational climate, types of organizational climate, etc. Furthermore it focuses on topics relevant to the proposal, such as training, motivation, teamwork. Chapter II Analysis of the situation as background to the problem, in Chapter III data analysis for determining what the problems are performed, and finally Chapter IV includes the proposal for the company INSERCO SA, also the conclusions and recommendations are proposed to improve the organizational climate and job performance.
