Resumen
La inteligencia artificial (IA) está cumpliendo con un rol que incrementa su importancia cada vez más cuando de la administración de justicia se trata. Ésta se puede conectar con la administración de justicia en formas múltiples, tales como analizar inmensas cantidades de datos legales, participar o asistir en la toma de decisiones emitidas por los jueces, etc. Es preciso mencionar que, entre los beneficios de la IA, consta el de mejorar el acceso a la justicia, proporcionando ayuda sobre asuntos legales básicos y agilizar el pronunciamiento de los jueces mediante resoluciones en línea. Debido a que existen aspectos perniciosos como el sesgo algorítmico, es indispensable que se implemente, aplique y utilice la inteligencia artificial con un alto porcentaje de responsabilidad y ética. Como punto sustancial, se debe dejar remarcar que no es correcto permitir que la inteligencia artificial reemplace la toma de decisiones humanas y mucho menos que tome el rol de los profesionales que ejercen el derecho.

This can be connected to the administration of justice in multiple ways, such as analyzing vast amounts of legal data, participating or assisting in decision-making issued by judges, etc. It should be mentioned that, among the benefits of AI, it includes improving access to justice, providing help on basic legal issues, and speeding up the pronouncement of judges through online resolutions. Because there are pernicious aspects such as algorithmic bias, it is essential that artificial intelligence be implemented, applied, and used with a high percentage of responsibility and ethics. As a substantial point, it should be noted that it is not correct to allow artificial intelligence to replace human decision-making, much less to take the role of legal professionals.
