dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo de investigación inicia debido a la necesidad que surge dentro del Colegio Fiscal Técnico Provincia del Azuay ubicado en el suburbio oeste de la ciudad de Guayaquil de tener un departamento que sirva de nexo entre el estudiante las autoridades y la comunidad y así cumplir la responsabilidad social en materia de Ciencias Empresariales. Dicho departamento contará con las facilidades que debe tener un centro de tal importancia. Luego de realizar las investigaciones correspondientes, llegamos a la conclusión de que en el Colegio existe un Departamento de Inspección, pero no se abastece ante el incremento del número de los estudiantes. Por ello, es la creación de este departamento que se hace urgente, debido a que las encuestas y entrevista realizadas avalan aquello y dan certeza de que la creación de dicho unidad es una necesidad. Con la creación de este departamento ayudaremos con la motivación emocional e intelectual para los estudiantes y padres de familia y así consigan una licenciatura, un postgrado y porque no un doctorado. De igual manera servirá a los maestros de la institución para que las dudas e inquietudes, quejas y demás sean conocidas y puedan resolverse.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	The present investigation started because of the need that arises within the Fiscal Technical College Azuay Province located in the western suburb of the city of Guayaquil to have a department that serves as a link between the student and community authorities and fulfill the social responsibility of Business. This department will have the facilities must have a center of such importance. After making the necessary investigations, we conclude that there is in the College Inspection Department, but is not supplied to the increasing number of students. It is therefore the creation of this department that is urgent, because the surveys and interviews conducted endorse that and give assurance that the creation of this unit is a must. With the creation of this department will help with emotional and intellectual motivation for students and parents and so get a degree, a postgraduate and why not a PhD. Similarly serve the teachers of the institution so that the doubts and concerns, complaints and others are known and can be solved.	es_ES
