The purpose of this degree work is to determine which agile methodology is the most appropriate for software development because the shortcoming in the use of traditional models lies mainly in the extensive use of documents and processes, as a deficit in many cases the Specifications declared by the customer are not met and the customer does not find conformity, causing customer dissatisfaction. To do this, the study of three agile models, Scrum, Kanban, Extreme Programming, which will be carried out through the collection of information, where characteristics and relevant aspects about each of them will be obtained, and case study analysis on the implementation of these agile models, which will determine which agile methodology is more appropriate for companies to implement it.
