Resumen
El presente estudio de caso tiene como objetivo fundamental, hacer un análisis sobre la acción extraordinaria de protección en el juicio de alimentos, el principal demandado fallece, luego fue planteado a sus hijos mayores de edad , quienes al pensar que sus derechos habían sido violados deciden presentar una acción como accionantes ante el Tribunal de Garantías Constitucionales , máximo órgano encargado de proteger a las personas; al analizar este caso permitió conocer sobre la forma que se había dado el proceso, datos recolectados mediante la encuesta que luego se procesaron y se concluyó que el tribunal falló negando la acción porque se consideró que las garantías del debido proceso u otros derechos constitucionales no se habían violado. Propuesta compilar información del caso.
