dc.description.abstract	El interés superior del niño, es uno de los principios que sustenta el goce efectivo de los derechos de los menores de edad, por lo que cualquier decisión que afecte su integridad personal debe girar en torno a este principio, sobre todo debe estar presente en cualquier ambiente donde se desarrolla a diario el menor, lo que quiere decir que en el ambiente escolar debe efectuarse para que ninguno de sus derechos se vea comprometido o interrumpido, no obstante este principio se ve vulnerado cuando dentro de las instituciones educativas se cometen delitos contra su integridad sexual, exponiendo y vulnerando derechos tales, como: educación, salud, desarrollo integral, integridad sexual, entre otros. Bajo ese contexto, dentro del presente trabajo se analiza, el marco normativo y doctrinal de la prevención de los delitos contra la integridad sexual de los menores de edad en cumplimiento del interés superior del niño, para ello se implementó dentro de la tesis el diseño de investigación documental, esto en virtud de la recopilación y alcance de las teorías que sustentan el tema de este trabajo; de la misma forma gracias a los instrumentos y técnicas, tales como: la entrevista y encuesta, empleados permitieron darle validez a la investigación, y proponer un proyecto de ley guiado a la prevención de los delitos contra la integridad sexual de los menores, atendiendo un antes y después de la comisión de dichos delitos, en el mismo se emplean formas de prevención en el ambiente escolar, con educación sexual y brigada psicológica.
dc.description.abstract	The best interests of the child is one of the principles that sustains the effective enjoyment of the rights of minors, so any decision that affects their personal integrity must revolve around this principle, above all it must be present in any environment where the minor develops daily, which means that in the school environment it must be carried out so that none of their rights are compromised However, this principle is violated when crimes against their sexual integrity are committed within educational institutions, exposing and violating rights such as: education, health, integral development, sexual integrity, among others. Under this context, within this work the normative and doctrinal framework of the prevention of crimes against the sexual integrity of minors in compliance with the best interests of the child is analyzed, for this the design of documentary research was implemented within the thesis, this by virtue of the compilation and scope of the theories that support the theme of this work; In the same way, thanks to the instruments and techniques, such as: the interview and survey, used made it possible to validate the research, and to propose a bill aimed at the prevention of crimes against the sexual integrity of minors, attending to a before and after the commission of such crimes, in which forms of prevention are used in the school environment, with sex education and psychological brigade
