Resumen
Los talleres mecánicos al sur de Guayaquil se caracterizan en su mayoría por su informalidad en el ámbito administrativo por esta razón carecen de una correcta organización de sus distintas actividades y procesos en sus tareas diarias, debido a la naturaleza del negocio podemos encontrar deficiencias en su control de inventario, en la cartera de clientes y en sus ventas ocasionando muchas veces demora en los tiempos de respuesta dejando como resultado final una mala atención al cliente. Por medio del trabajo de campo y las encuestas se pudo palpar el comportamiento de los talleres y las diferentes necesidades que tienen que solventar. Al proporcionar una herramienta adaptable con una interfaz amigable al entorno de un mecánico podemos brindarle la facilidad para que pueda llevar un mejor servicio y para administrar sus recursos de una manera más consciente y a su vez mejorar la comodidad para el cliente.
The mechanicals workshops in the south of Guayaquil are characterized mostly by their informality in the administrative area for this reason they lack of proper organization of their various activities and processes in their daily tasks, due to the nature of the business we can find deficiencies in their control of inventory, in the portfolio of clients and in their sales, often causing delays in response times, leaving the final result of poor customer service. Through field work and surveys, the behavior of the workshops and the different needs they have to solve were palpable. By providing an adaptable tool with a friendly interface to the environment of a mechanic we can provide the facility so that you can take a better service and to manage your resources in a more conscientious way and at the same time improve the comfort for the client.
