Resumen
Este trabajo de investigación tiene por finalidad visibilizar los vicios ocultos que se encuentran detrás de las transacciones laborales, que son en verdad un festín de los derechos inalienables e irrenunciables del trabajador, pero que sin embargo las autoridades del trabajo, jueces y magistrados no dicen absolutamente nada; el tema tratado pretende establecer la relación que existe entre el fenómeno social llamado trabajo, que es inequitativo por su asimetría, puesto que las partes que intervienen en la relación laboral, tienen un efecto de relación de poder, el empleador cuando determina que el trabajador no va más en su relación laboral, le busca primero cualquier pretexto para despedirlo, si puede le fragua un Visto Bueno, pero si no lo despide intempestivamente, obligándolo luego a firmar una acta de transacción, ante un Inspector de Trabajo o si el trabajador a demandado lo conmina a que desista para entregarlo su liquidación, pero con los valores que al empleador le parece que debe pagar, casi siempre perjudicando al trabajador.
