Resumen
El objetivo de la presente propuesta tecnológica es analizar, diseñar, desarrollar e
implementar un sistema web que permita realizar control y auditoría de las
prestaciones de servicios automotrices en la empresa Tecnicentro Ronn-Salt de la
ciudad de Guayaquil.
Capítulo I: En este capítulo se realiza la introducción del presente trabajo con la
finalidad de tener un panorama general del mismo. Se detallan los antecedentes, la
delimitación del tema y los objetivos.
Capítulo II: En este capítulo se describe el diseño teórico del proyecto propuesto, se
exponen o detallan un conjunto de conceptos que permiten llegar al entendimiento del
sistema que se fabricará. Se explica las tecnologías, herramientas y arquitectura de
software que se ajuste a los requisitos necesarios para el desarrollo del sistema
propuesto.
Capítulo III: Se realiza un estudio y análisis de la situación actual de la empresa,
específicamente en las actividades que implican las ventas de servicios automotrices y
al personal que se ve involucrado en dichas actividades.
Capítulo III: En esta sección se expone la propuesta tecnológica, sus
características, se plantean reformas en los procesos ya existentes, se propone un
diseño de base datos con su respectivo modelo entidad – relación el cual es la fiel
representación del modelo de negocio, definición de roles del sistema y se realiza una
descripción de las pantallas del sistema.
Por último, se presentan las conclusiones y recomendaciones que se han obtenido
como fruto del proceso de estudio descrito en los párrafos anteriores de esta sección y
el manual de usuario del sistema que se adjuntará en los anexos del presente trabajo.
The objective of this thesis work is analyze, design , develop and implement a web application which allows controlling and auditing the sales of automotive services in the company Automobile repair shop “Ronn-Salt” in Guayaquil city. Chapter I: This chapter introduce de present thesis with the aim of having an overview of this. This section details the background, delimitation of this thesis work and its objectives. Chapter II: This chapter describe the theoretical design of this present thesis, this section explain concepts which allows reach the understanding of the web application proposal. This part of the document explain technologies, tools and software architecture that suit to the needs for the development of the system mentioned. Chapter III: A study and analysis of the current situation of the company, specifically in the activities that involve the sales of automotive services and personnel that has been involved in activities. Chapter IV: This section presents the technological proposal, its characteristics, reforms are proposed in the processes and already existing, a database design is proposed with its respective entity model - relation which is the representation of the business model, roles definition and a description of the system. Finally, we present the conclusions and recommendations that have been obtained as a result of the study process in the previous paragraphs of this section and the user manual of the system that are attached in the annexes of the present work.
