Resumen
Este proyecto de análisis de factibilidad de la implementación de una aplicación móvil para el proceso de reserva de los servicios de turismo en la empresa Arrecife Marino S.A. ubicada en el Cantón Puerto López, en la provincia turística de Manabí. El presente estudio es realizado porque en la actualidad la eficiencia en el servicio al cliente es primordial, siendo esta una de las empresas que cada año recibe muchos turistas, la cual presenta deficiencia al momento de hacer reservaciones de paquetes turísticos, por lo cual los clientes muestran insatisfacción, y también recordando que existe la competencia entre las empresas con actividad similar, entonces los propietarios decidieron buscar alternativas para solucionar el problema. Para lo cual se realizó el proceso de investigación mediante encuestas a los clientes. Con lo cual se llegó a la conclusión de que es beneficiosa la implementación de una aplicación móvil para la gestión de reservas en la empresa Arrecife Marino S.A., ya que generará mayores ingresos, aumentando el número de clientes, mejorando sus procesos y su experiencia.
This project aims to determine the feasibility of the implementation of a mobile C for the reservation process of tourism services in the company Arrecife Marino S.A. located in the Puerto López Canton, in the touristic province of Manabí. The present study is carried out because at the present time the efficiency in the service to the client is paramount, being this one of the companies that every year receives many tourists, which presents deficiency at the moment of making reservations of tourist packages, for which the clients They show dissatisfaction, and also remembering that there is competition between companies with similar activity, so the owners decided to look for alternatives to solve the problem. For which the research process was conducted through customer surveys. With which it was concluded that the implementation of a mobile application for the management of reserves in the company Arrecife Marino S.A. is beneficial, since it will generate higher revenues, increasing the number of clients, improving their processes and their experience.
