Resumen
El presente proyecto tiene la finalidad de demostrar la factibilidad del uso de la nanotecnología en el proceso de cultivo de larvas de camarón. El proceso que actualmente se lleva a cabo en el cultivo de larvas de camarón ha presentado deficiencias en la forma de oxigenación del agua, debido a la carencia de equipos tecnológicos para este proceso, que ha ocasionado el mal crecimiento o incluso la muerte de las larvas. En el cultivo de larvas de camarón se requiere de grandes volúmenes de agua, por lo tanto, el uso de equipos con nanotecnología como los generadores de nanoburbujas ayudarán a tratar esos grandes volúmenes de agua a un menor consumo de energía, otro de los grandes beneficios de las nanoburbujas será el tratamiento contra la proliferación de bacterias.
Debido a los beneficios antes mencionados las nanoburbujas tienen un impacto positivo en el ámbito económico y ambiental para la continuidad de Safarimar S.A. Según los resultados de la entrevista y las encuestas realizadas en la camaronera Safarimar S.A, se comprobó que la posible implementación de equipamientos tecnológicos basados en nanotecnología como las nanoburbujas será factible porque ayudará a mejorar la tasa de supervivencia de cultivos de larvas de camarón.
The present project has the purpose of demonstrating the feasibility of the use of nanotechnology in the process of cultivation of shrimp larvae. The process that is currently carried out in shrimp larval culture has presented deficiencies in the form of water oxygenation, due to the lack of technological equipment for this process, which has caused the poor growth or even the death of the larvae. In the cultivation of shrimp larvae requires large volumes of water, therefore, the use of nanotechnology equipment such as nanobubble generators will help treat large volumes of water at lower energy consumption, another of the great benefits of the nanobubbles are in the help against the proliferation of bacteria. Due to the aforementioned benefits, nanobubbles have a positive impact in the economic and environmental field for the continuity of Safarimar S.A. According to the results of the interview and the surveys conducted in the shrimp farm Safarimar S.A., it was found that the possible implementation of technological equipment based on nanotechnology such as nanobubbles will be feasible because it will help improve the survival rate of shrimp larval crops.
