The objective of this case study aims to analyze the logistics processes of a distribution center wheat products last Canton of the Province of Guayas, allowing to establish the relevant aspects that were observed before and after its implementation to optimize these processes, before some shortcomings were observed with respect to time deliveries of products and not fulfilled the promise delivery within 24 hours after making the order. Consequently, management of Supply Chain together with the directors of the company decided to implement a transport component in the ERP that manages the company, to organize processes, so you could see an increase in the indicator of overall service distribution center, which means it could reach about 100% of the delivery promise, you will notice that the commercial area, billing and logistics are more reaction and there is greater supply of products once planned processes with the transport component . In short with the implementation of transport component it was achieved organize processes, since this component manages the flow of orders and assigns different routes, it is organized the day-today office products, including improving the level of costs as the price is planned to routes, it economically as we can establish product delivery costs and if it compensates with what is being delivered. One disadvantage of this implementation was the nonconformity of the commercial area, since the implementation affected the budget restrictions imposed so had to engage the system finally recommended debug information routes and carriers entered the base data which has been running but there are still flaws which are expected eventually purged entirely.
