Resumen
En la actualidad, la empresa Orgu Ford Matriz Guayaquil presenta un incremento en los incidentes de vehículos provocados dentro de sus instalaciones, esto ocasiona que la empresa incurra en gastos y desembolse dinero para su solución y corrección. El presente trabajo empieza brindando información de la empresa y con las herramientas como Ishikawa, Pareto, 5 porqués, se elabora un análisis del problema donde se identifica que la principal problemática es la falta del control del proceso. Se elabora la propuesta de mejora mediante la utilización de una de las herramientas de la metodología Lean Manufacturing, Poka Yoke, que permite mantener un seguimiento de cada parte del proceso involucrando a cada uno de los integrantes del equipo. El costo del proyecto es de $2.075 con un análisis costo - beneficio de 2,92 lo que indica que la propuesta es factible, con cada dólar que la empresa invierta esta ganará $1,92.
Currently, the company Orgu Ford Guayaquil has had an increase in vehicle incidents caused within its building.
