Resumen
La presente tesis esta direccionada al análisis y la evaluación de los riesgos en embarazo de 27 a 36 semanas de gestación con oligoamnios severos en el hospital Matilde Hidalgo de Procel, con el fin de identificar si la mujer tiene conocimiento de esta clase de dificultades que se pueden presentar en el lapso de su embarazo, además, de crear una solución a la desinformación, con el objetivo principal de crear conciencia y ayudar a estas madres que por lo general no cuentan con recursos necesarios para instruirse en esta clase de riesgos que pueden aparecer. El trabajo fue realizado con el método descriptivo, transversal y no experimental comprende la identificación del problema, una definición teórica de los conceptos relevantes y los métodos que se utilizarán para la investigación.
Se determinó que casi todas las mujeres que tienen este inconveniente en este caso el 81% su embarazo finalizo en el periodo de las semanas 27 a 32 de gestación, mientras que el 19% restante indicó que finalizo a partir de las 33 a 36 semanas. Vía de resolución indicaron con el 98% de las pacientes que tuvieron oligoamnios severo fueron sometidas a parto por cesárea, mientras que el 2% indicó que fue por parto normal. En lo que respecta a la NATALIDAD O MORTALIDAD fetal el 90% de las pacientes refirieron que sus hijos nacieron con vida y el 10 % indicaron que sus bebe nacieron muertos. Al acudir al hospital Matilde Hidalgo de Procel, el 13% refirió que los recién nacidos tuvieron un agpar muy bajo menor de 5, mientras que el 31% indicó que sus recién nacidos nacieron con 6-7 de apgar y el 56% indicaron que nacieron con apgar muy bueno de 8-9.
