Resumen
El desarrollo del siguiente trabajo, está direccionado en poder proponer a la empresa Liveworking S.A., procesos que permitan realizar la evaluación de los objetivos empresariales dispuestos en el área de ventas de la empresa. Este trabajo divide en 2 secciones las tareas principales que se llevaran a cabo para lograr el objetivo de esta tesis, estas 2 secciones son: la parte que le corresponde al área Administrativa dentro del departamento de ventas y la segunda parte es la de dejar sentada las bases para automatizar con un programa informático las tareas dentro del departamento. Dentro del trabajo se expone un marco teórico que detalla definiciones de temas relacionados al proyecto, además que permite presentar el sustento científico del trabajo. En la metodología de la investigación, están las encuestas que se realizaron a los empleados del área de la empresa en estudio, con la finalidad de conocer el manejo actual utilizado para medir el cumplimiento de cada uno de sus objetivos. Se finaliza el trabajo con las respectivas conclusiones y recomendaciones.
The development of this paper, is directed to be able to propose to the company Liveworking S.A., processes that allow the assessment of business objectives arranged in the area of the company's sales. This work consists of 2 sections the major tasks that were carried out to achieve the objective of this thesis, these 2 sections are: the part that corresponds to the administrative inside sales area and the second part is the bases leave sitting to automate tasks within the Department with a computer program. Work within a framework is exposed theorist detailing definitions of issues related to the project, which also allows to present the scientific basis of the work. In the research methodology, are surveys that were carried out to the area of the company employees in study, in order to meet the current management used to measure compliance with every one of its objectives. Ends the work with the respective conclusions and recommendations.
