Resumen
Este trabajo pretende realizar una investigación y análisis de información, con el fin de saber cuál es el impacto de la tecnología en la vida de las personas, de manera más específica en la manera de brindar el servicio de taxis, y de recibir el mismo. La herramienta de la tecnología a la que está referido este trabajo es al uso de apps para pedir y dar el servicio de taxis, en la ciudad de Guayaquil, las aplicaciones móviles que se toman en cuenta son: Easy taxi, Un taxi, Nekso, entre otras, en las cuales están registrados los taxistas agremiados es decir los registrados legalmente en la Unión de Cooperativas de Transporte en Taxis del Guayas (UCTG), además para objeto de estudio se toman en cuenta la apps que admiten y registran taxistas informales de manera que puedan notarse las preferencias del usuario, en cuanto a las funciones de los aplicativos móviles. El punto culminante de esta investigación es saber si el uso de estas plataformas impacta positiva o negativamente de ser necesario según el análisis de resultados se podría generar una propuesta para una nueva app hibrida que contenga funciones de las actuales apps o generar resultados con futuras líneas de investigación.
This work aims to conduct research and analysis of information, in order to know what is the impact of technology on people's lives, more specifically in the way of providing the taxi service, and receive it.
