Resumen
El presente estudio de caso aborda cuestiones sobre la política pública de permitir que
los padres compartan el tiempo de licencia de maternidad después del nacimiento de
un hijo, esta política busca crear una sociedad más equitativa e inclusiva, donde se
valora y reconoce la corresponsabilidad de ambos padres en la crianza y cuidado de los
hijos, es necesario indicar que dicha política ha sido implementada en varios países
para promover la igualdad en el ámbito laboral, además de que puede tener beneficios
para la salud y el bienestar del niño y de la familia en general. La ley de economía violeta
busca fomentar la igualdad salarial entre hombres y mujeres y la inclusión de las mujeres
en sectores económicos, promoviendo la eliminación de barreras y discriminación para
las mujeres en el ámbito laboral. La metodología que hemos utilizado es de naturaleza
descriptiva cualitativa y se relaciona con la metodología de investigación deductiva y
lógico- históric
