Diagnóstico de la comunidad receptora en la comunidad 23 de Noviembre para el diseño de hospederías comunitarias

Resumen
En el presente estudio de investigación que se realizó en la “Comunidad 23 de Noviembre” del cantón Naranjal perteneciente a la provincia del Guayas, el lugar no posee oferta de hospedaje para que los turistas puedan pernoctar, debido a la falta de decisión al interior de la comunidad para desarrollar nuevos emprendimientos en función a las necesidades y desarrollo turístico. Por esta razón el, propósito fue realizar el diagnóstico de la comunidad receptora en la “Comunidad 23 de Noviembre” para el diseño de hospederías comunitarias. Se aplicaron varios métodos como el enfoque documental, bibliográfico y de campo y métodos teóricos y empíricos, en las que utilizó fichas de entrevistas y dos encuestas a los habitantes y visitantes, para analizar la viabilidad de la propuesta desde ambos puntos de vista, se desarrolló un diagnóstico participativo tomando como medida de evaluación al sistema turístico. Como resultado importante se estableció que los turistas estarían dispuestos a alojarse en hospederías comunitarias con diseños rústicos y con servicios turísticos complementarios que oferte el sector, como servicios de alimentación, Wifi, transportación, limpieza de habitación y aire acondicionado servirá como complemento de un servicio turístico del área indispensable para la completa satisfacción y confort de los turistas que acuden a la comunidad a relajarse y para disfrutar de la flora, fauna y paisajes maravillosos que ofrece la comunidad. Finalmente la comunidad receptora presentó su interés en el proyecto, que inclusive se ha asignado lugares donde podrían implementar el proyecto.
In the present research developed in “Comunidad 23 de Noviembre” that took place in Naranjal, the place has not offer accommodations for tourist to stay the night, due to the lack of decisions of the community to develop new projects according to the needs of the tourism development. For this reason, the purpose was to make a diagnostic of the community “Comunidad 23 de Noviembre” for the design of lodging places. Different methods were applied such as documentary, bibliographic, field approach, theoretical, and empirical methods in which I used interviews and surveys for residents and visitors to analyze if the proposal is viable from different points of view, a participatory diagnostic was developed to measure the tourism system. As a result, it was establish that the tourists would be willing to stay in lodging community with rustic designs and with different tourist services such as: food services, Wi-Fi, transportations, housekeeping and air conditioning. It will be a complement of the tourist services that need to bring satisfaction and comfort for the tourist who come to the community to relax and enjoy the flora and fauna, and the wonderful landscape that the community give to us. Finally, the community show interest in the project and it has been assigned places where they could implement the project.
