ANÁLISIS DE SENTIMIENTO EN TWITTER DE LOS SOCIOS DE UN CLUB DE FUTBOL A TRAVÉS DE LA EVALUACION DE HERRAMIENTA QUE MANEJAN GRAN VOLUMEN DE INFORMACIÓN

Resumen
Actualmente la mayoría de clubes deportivos en el Ecuador, vienen
presentando serios problemas económicos, lo cual les ha dificultado realizar
las gestiones administrativas relacionadas con pagos a jugadores y
proveedores. Por tal motivo, el presente proyecto de titulación, está enfocado
en el diseño de un modelo que pueda analizar los sentimientos que los
socios e hinchas de clubes de futbol expresan en twitter y en base a aquello
poder obtener nuevos socios que aporten al crecimiento económico de los
clubes, considerando que actualmente, esta red social abarca la mayoría de
opiniones de ciudadanos que escriben sus sentimientos en esta plataforma.
Los temas relacionados con la investigación son: Fútbol Mundial, Fútbol
Nacional, Barcelona SC, Big Data, Framework para el manejo de Big Data,
Red Social twitter, Análisis de Sentimientos. Mediante la aplicación de una
encuesta aplicada a una muestra de 345 socios del Barcelona Sporting Club
de una población total de 3.668, se pudo determinar que el 98% de los
encuestados consideran que para la captación de nuevos socios se debe
utilizar como estrategia el análisis de sentimientos por medio de twitter.
Currently most sports clubs in Ecuador, are presenting serious economic problems, which has hampered them to perform administrative tasks related to payments to players and suppliers. Therefore, this project titling is focused on designing a model that can analyze the feelings that members and supporters of football clubs expressed in twitter and based on that to get new partners that contribute to economic growth clubs, considering that currently, this network covers most of opinions of citizens who write their feelings on this platform. Issues related to the research are: World Football, National Football, Barcelona SC, Big Data, Framework for managing Big Data, Social Network twitter, Sentiment Analysis. By applying a survey of a sample of 345 members of the Barcelona Sporting Club of a total population of 3,668, it was determined that 98% of respondents believe that should be used as a strategy for attracting new partners analysis feelings through twitter.
