Resumen
El presente trabajo de investigación representa la conclusión de los estudios
realizados en el campo de la Auditoria de Sistemas.
En este documento se resume lo que hemos concluido como una
arquitectura para la construcción de sistemas de auditoria aplicados a
empresas que utilicen soluciones ERP ( Enterprise Resource Planning).
En ello se aplican lo que hemos aprendido en cuanto a políticas de
seguridad, identificación de vulnerabilidades, riesgos y recomendaciones
dadas sobre los proceso a los cuales la herramienta estará en capacidad de
evaluar, siendo un soporte confiable para el auditor de sistemas que audite
este tipo de plataformas.
La utilidad de este sistema se justifica en la necesidad de dotar a los
auditores de sistemas de ERP JD EDWARDS, una herramienta que permita
simplificar la complejidad del sistema ERP, el mismo que por su aceptación
mercado es utilizados en el amplio espectro empresarial, en donde ciertos
mecanismos de formalización, estructuración y modelización de los procedimientos hace que los mismos se presenten como de extenso
contenido para entenderlo todo en muy poco tiempo.
El sistema AuditSoft ® interpretará esa complejidad, y se mostrará con un
facilismo innato para entender los procesos sensibles manejados dentro, y
que hará que el auditor esté en capacidad de entender.
Auditsoft ® se presenta como una herramienta guía, soporte necesario para
crear los informes de auditoria cuando se realice una gestión de revisión de
los sistemas ERP J.D. Edwards en su versión World Soft
Para ello hemos definido una metodología para crear unas consultas
interactivas de conocimientos que incluyan por un lado datos que siempre
serán necesarios conocer en toda auditoria y consultas abiertas a buen
criterio del auditor en función de su grado de conocimiento y dependiendo de
lo que el mismo quiera revisar(parámetros y funcionamiento del sistema),
Incluiremos finalmente las fuentes documentales (referencias bibliográficas y
sitios web) en las que se respaldó este trabajo, sin propósito alguno de
exhaustividad, ya que nos movemos en un marco referencial sometido a
cambios continuos.
This research work represents the completion of studies in the field of Audit Systems. This document summarizes what we concluded as an architecture for building auditing systems applied to companies using solutions ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning). Therein apply what we've learned about security policies, identifying vulnerabilities, risks and recommendations given on the process to which the tool will be able to assess, being a reliable support for the auditor to audit systems that this type of platforms. The usefulness of this system is justified by the need to provide auditors of JD Edwards ERP systems, a tool that allows simplify the complexity of the ERP system, the same as for its market acceptance is used in the broad spectrum business, where Certain mechanisms formalization, structuring and modelling procedures makes them occur as extensive content to understand everything in a very short time. The system AuditSoft ® interpret this complexity, and will appear with an easy to understand innate processes sensitive handled within, and that the auditor will be able to understand. Auditsoft ® is presented as a tool guide, support necessary to create audit reports when carrying out a management review of ERP systems JD Edwards in the version World Soft We have defined a methodology to create an interactive consultations that include knowledge on the one hand data that will always be known throughout necessary consultations open to audit and auditor's judgement based on their degree of knowledge and depending on what it wants review (parameters and operating system), Eventually will include the documentary sources (references and websites) that supported this work, without any intention of completeness, as we move into a frame of reference undergone continuous changes.
