Resumen
El presente trabajo de titulación especial está enfocado dar solución a las
empresas que contratan los servicios de entidades dedicadas al traslado de valores en la
ciudad de Guayaquil, por consiguiente se consideró diseñar un proceso para la
transportación de valores en la ciudad de Guayaquil que permita disminuir el tiempo de
traslado y mejore la satisfacción de los clientes. Por tal motivo se analizó y sintetizo las
teorías referentes para determinar las bases teóricas necesarias sobre los sistemas
logísticos, además de identificar la población y en base a ella calcular la muestra que
nos permitió recopilar información que sustente la problemática establecida que fue
confirmada como la impuntualidad en los horarios establecidos por el servicio dado de
trasladar los valores lo que perjudica a los clientes en sus actividades operativas, uno de
ellos en las negociaciones que realiza, esta información se obtuvo por el uso de las
técnicas de la investigación científica como fueron la encuesta y la entrevista, esto
permitió poder diseñar un plan de mejoras que logre que las empresas dedicadas a esta
actividad mejoren sus servicios y que puedan lograr la satisfacción de los clientes y por
consiguiente la disminución de los reclamos existentes.
The present work of special titulación is focused to give solution to the companies that contract the services of entities dedicated to the transfer of values in the city of Guayaquil, therefore it was considered to design a process for the transportation of values in the city of Guayaquil that allows to diminish Transfer time and improve customer satisfaction. For this reason we analyzed and synthesized the theories related to determine the theoretical bases needed on the logistics systems, in addition to identifying the population and based on it calculate the sample that allowed us to collect information to support the established problem that was confirmed as unpunctuality In the schedules established by the given service of transferring the values that harms the clients in their operational activities, one of them in the negotiations that it performs, this information was obtained by the use of the techniques of the scientific investigation as they were the survey And the interview, this allowed to be able to design an improvement plan that will enable the companies dedicated to this activity to improve their services and that can achieve the satisfaction of the clients and consequently the reduction of the existing complaints.
