Resumen
Actualmente los avances de la tecnología en el campo de la medicina han crecido considerablemente, agilizando los procesos de atención a las pacientes, debido a estos progresos tecnológicos las entidades médicas han optado por automatizar sus procesos, permitiéndoles de esta manera competir con otras instituciones. El presente proyecto está desarrollado como solución a los problemas que posee el Policlínico Dra. Jenny Ayoví Corozo de la ciudad de Guayaquil, en el registro, almacenamiento y mantenimiento de los datos. El sistema médico integrado está desarrollado bajo el modelo de herramientas Open Source, ayudando de esta manera a que la institución no se vea involucrada en problemas legales por licenciamiento o actualización de software, ni tampoco se vea afectado el rendimiento ni calidad del mismo. Las herramientas para el desarrollo del sistema utilizadas son: lenguaje de programación Java, Framework ZK, base de datos PostgreSQL, Servidor de Aplicaciones Apache Tomcat. Este aplicativo se lo desarrolló de acuerdo a los lineamientos de la metodología ágil RUP, la cual me permite asegurar que la producción del software sea de alta y mayor calidad para satisfacer las necesidades de las pacientes, que tienen un cumplimiento al final dentro de un límite de tiempo determinado.
Currently advances in technology in the field of medicine have grown considerably, streamlining the processes of care for patients, due to these technological advances medical entities have chosen to automate their processes, thus enabling them to compete with other institutions. The present project is developed as a solution to the problems that the Polyclinic Dr. Jenny Ayoví Corozo of the city of Guayaquil has in the recording, storage and maintenance of the data. The integrated medical system is developed under the model of Open Source tools, helping in this way that the institution is not involved in legal problems by licensing or updating software, nor is it affected the performance or quality of it. The system development tools used are: Java programming language, ZK Framework, PostgreSQL database, Apache Tomcat Application Server. This application was developed according to the guidelines of the agile methodology RUP, which allows me to ensure that the software production is of high and higher quality to meet the needs of patients, who have a final fulfillment within a limit Of time
