Análisis de la comercialización Internacional de Teca producida en el Ecuador con propuesta de creación de una Asociación de Productores

Resumen
Este proyecto tiene como fin estudiar la comercialización de teca en el Ecuador y la
situación de los pequeños productores de teca de los sectores rurales de Vinces, Los Ríos, para la
observación se utilizó, en primera instancia, el método exploratorio de investigación científica,
ideal para detallar temas de los que no se tiene mucho conocimiento previo, luego se
implementó el método explicativo, donde se intenta encontrar las causas y consecuencias del
fenómeno en estudio. Para lograr la investigación estadística se realizó una encuesta en Vinces,
provincia de Los Ríos, donde se encontró haciendas de teca de pocas hectáreas, durante el
proceso, los productores mostraron diferentes dificultades, como problemas legales al
comercializar, falta de conocimientos para realizar los trámites, canales de distribución muy
costosos, sin embargo se manifestaron predispuestos a formar parte de un proyecto basado en el
trabajo asociado donde se pueda acceder a todos los beneficios de la venta y exportación de sus
productos, pero compartiendo los riesgos y costos. Otra conclusión a la que se llegó en la
investigación, es lo atrayente del mercado Asiático, debido a que se tiene convenios con La India
y, sabiendo que Ecuador produce teca de muy alta calidad, se decidió incursionar en la
exportación de teca, sin embargo había que buscar la forma de superar las dificultades antes
mencionadas. Se decidió entonces plantear la creación de una asociación, para trabajar con
varios productores pequeños para unificar esfuerzos, lograr cubrir una cuota de la demanda
internacional juntando la producción de dos o más socios como una sola venta, disminuir costos
en trámites de exportación al compartir esos gastos entre los socios.

Within the main purposes of this project are the teak export figures in Ecuador, which are registered in 2015, while in 2013 and 2014 led this market, to observe this phenomenon was used, in the first instance, El Exploratory method of scientific research, ideal to detail the topics of which there is not much prior knowledge, after implementing the explanatory method, where the causes and consequences of the phenomenon under study are found. In order to achieve the statistical investigation, a survey was carried out in Vinces, province of Los Ríos, where teak haciendas of a few hectares were found. During the process, the productions showed different difficulties, such as legal problems when marketing, lack of knowledge to carry out the procedures, Distribution channels very expensive, however, they are willing to join a project based on the associated work where you can access all the benefits of the sale and export of your products, but sharing the risks and costs. Another conclusion reached in the investigation is the attractiveness of the Asian market, due to the fact that it has agreements with India and, knowing that Ecuador produces very high quality teak, it was decided to venture into the export of teak, however it was necessary to find a way to overcome the difficulties mentioned above. It was then decided to create a partnership, to work with several small producers to unify efforts, to meet a quota of international demand by joining the production of two or more partners as a single sale, reduce costs in export procedures by sharing those Expenses among partners
