Uso de mantenedor de espacio fijo en paciente femenino de 6 años, tratado en clínica de odontopediatria

Resumen
Las extracciones prematuras son problemas frecuentes en los niños ,es por eso que se establece el siguiente caso, de la paciente Rafaela Gende Cepeda de 6 años de edad con cedula de identidad 1753873916 , presenta fractura total de la corona en la pieza # 64 en la que se realiza la extracción , por el cual se procedió a realizar un mantenedor de espacio fijo de tipo banda-ansa que nos permite mantener el espacio hasta que la pieza permanente cumpla su proceso eruptivo a su debido tiempo y ocupe el lugar indicado en la arcada. Para realizar dicho mantenedor fijo , procedimos a tomar impresión para un modelo de estudio y también de trabajo, el mantenedor de espacio fue realizado con materiales de soldadura de funde , la banda dándole la morfología que tiene el diente temporal , alambre 08 el cual fue soldado a la banda elegida. Procedemos a realizar aislamiento relativo, secamos la pieza donde ira la banda, mezclamos el cemento ionomero de vidrio Fuji1de forma homogénea el polvo y liquido respectivamente para poder cementar correctamente. Este mantenedor de espacio fijo banda-ansa evitara la migración de las piezas dentales vecinas por lo cual evitar una la mala oclusión al futuro, debido a la perdida temprana de la pieza dental.

This fixed space maintainer band-loop avoid migration of neighboring teeth so avoid malocclusion the future , due to the early loss of the tooth.
