Resumen
La investigación acerca del tema Propuesta de mejora de los procesos administrativos
del taller de calzado “León”, dedicados a la elaboración de calzado para damas y niñas fue
realizado en la ciudad Guayaquil, cuyo objetivo fue el de mejorar los procesos administrativos,
para que la empresa consiga aumento de productividad, debido a que la empresa no tenía
establecido en sus procesos un control de calidad, enfrentando un porcentaje de devoluciones
de calzado.
El taller enfoca sus entregas a distribuidores de calzados quienes representan el 80%
del total de producción, posee 12 empresas importadoras quienes se convierten en sus
principales proveedores para la fabricación de calzado. La metodología que se utilizó fue de
tipo exploratoria, bibliográfica, descriptiva y de campo, realizando un reconocimiento del
sector sujeto a estudio, delimitándolo e indicando las características demográficas y
geográficas, en el que se concluye que el mercado objeto de estudio es de 100 clientes que
utilizan el producto y 21 trabajadores que desarrollan el producto. Se utilizaron fuentes de
información primaria y secundaria, se recolectó la información a través de la encuesta como
instrumento diseñado con preguntas cerradas, y la entrevista se realizó al gerente con preguntas
abiertas. Luego se procedió al procesamiento, análisis e interpretación de la información.
Proponiendo adquirir recursos materiales, capacitación y contratación de personal para
desarrollar un control de calidad se estima una inversión inicial aproximadamente de $898
dólares, para 1 año planteada la propuesta será la inversión total de $7,657 dólares.

The research on the subject Proposal for improvement of the administrative processes of the footwear workshop "León", dedicated to the production of footwear for ladies and girls was carried out in the city of Guayaquil, whose objective was to improve administrative processes, so that the Company to increase productivity, because the company had not established a quality control process, facing a percentage of returns of footwear. The processing, analysis and interpretation of the information was then proceeded. Proposing to acquire material resources, training and hiring of personnel to develop a quality control is estimated initial investment of approximately $ 898 dollars, for 1 year raised the proposal will be the total investment of $ 7,657 dollars.
