Resumen
El propósito del presente proyecto educativo fue determinar la influencia de las
estrategias metodológicas en el desempeño académico de matemáticas en los
estudiantes de educación básica media de la Escuela Fiscal Dr. Carlos Zevallos
Menéndez de Guayaquil, para diseñar una guía de estrategias a la gestión de la
enseñanza-aprendizaje en el aula de clases, con el propósito de establecer las
destrezas, para una mejor aplicabilidad en el área de matemáticas con un enfoque
actualizado e idóneo. Lo que nos ha llevado a la realización de la presente
investigación, que implica una concepción única en su estudio, que conlleva el
mantenimiento de un ciclo de aprendizajes y de retroalimentación de
conocimientos.
La sustentación teórica del proyecto estuvo basada en las siguientes palabras
claves: educación, aprendizaje, estrategias metodológicas, desempeño académico;
además se tomó en consideración la fundamentación epistemológica, filosófica,
pedagógica, sociológica, psicológica, tecnológica y legal.
La metodología del presente trabajo fue diseñada bajo una investigación explicativa,
descriptiva y de campo, así mismo el instrumento de investigación que se empleó
fueron encuestas y entrevistas. Las encuestas fueron aplicadas en una muestra
representativa de la población de estudiantes, en total 71 personas, con preguntas
simples de fácil interpretación, para tomar datos de la realidad. Luego fueron
procesadas y analizadas, elaborándose tablas y gráficos a través del programa de
Excel. Los resultados evidenciaron el sentir de los docentes por la utilización de una
guía metodológica didáctica para la enseñanza pedagógica en el área de las
matemáticas.
La propuesta fue realizada en un documento corto, que sea de fácil lectura e
interpretación, de tal forma que motive a mejorar la enseñanza-aprendizaje en los
estudiantes de educación básica media.
The purpose of this educational project was to determine the influence of methodological strategies in the academic performance of students in mathematics in primary and secondary education Public School Dr. Carlos Zevallos Menendez de Guayaquil, to design a strategy guide to management teaching and learning in the classroom, in order to establish the skills for better applicability in the area of mathematics with an updated and suitable approach. What has brought us to the realization of this research, which involves a unique concept in his study, which involves maintaining a cycle of learning and knowledge feedback. The theoretical framework of the project was based on the following key words: education, learning, teaching strategies, academic performance; also it took into consideration the epistemological, philosophical, pedagogical, sociological, psychological, technological and legal basis. The methodology of this study was designed under an explanatory, descriptive and field research, also the research instrument that was used were surveys and interviews. The surveys were carried out on a representative sample of the student population, in total 71 people, with easy to interpret simple questions, to take data from reality. They were then processed and analyzed, being elaborated through charts and graphs Excel program. The results showed the feelings of teachers by the use of a didactic methodological guide for educational instruction in the area of mathematics. The proposal was made in a short document, which is easy to read and interpret, so that motivates improve teaching and learning in primary and secondary education students.
