Resumen
La empresa Kenneth Trans SA es una PYMES que ofrece servicios de transporte de carga de mercadería entre diferentes puntos del Ecuador. Hasta la presente fecha ha realizado sus actividades de forma empírica, sin tener documentado o formalizado los formularios o las acciones que emprenden para la ejecución de los diferentes procesos de la organización. El objetivo del presente trabajo de titulación es realizar un diseño de una aplicación web para que los funcionarios de la empresa puedan hacer requerimientos de diseñar, mejorar, rediseñar procedimientos, formularios manuales, entre otros, que forman parte de la documentación organizacional. La Gestión por procesos determina una nueva forma de trabajo a las organizaciones, en la cual se ubica a los usuarios y sus necesidades como el centro de todas las operaciones. Además de realizar el diseño de la aplicación, se presenta un prototipo web desarrollado en la herramienta denominada “JustinMind” que permite modelar prototipos para mostrar, sin llegar al desarrollo de la aplicación, la funcionalidad requerida. El proyecto ha sido desarrollado siguiendo una metodología de proyecto factible, en la cual se realiza una investigación de campo que fue ejecutada en las instalaciones de la empresa, una investigación bibliográfica y el diseño de un prototipo de la aplicación web. Los beneficiarios de este proyecto será, inicialmente, la organización por que tendrá una nueva estructura organizacional que permita llegar a las metas establecidas. Durante el desarrollo del trabajo se realizaron varias reuniones con el personal de la empresa en las cuales se definieron los requisitos del sistema, se comunicó las ventajas de una organización basada en procesos y se compartió la metodología utilizada para investigar y documentar las acciones para que puedan mantener actualizada su documentación. Al finalizar el proyecto se puede determinar que los objetivos de la investigación han sido cumplidos en su totalidad.
The company Kenneth Trans SA is a PYMES that offers services of transport of load of merchandise between different points of the Ecuador. The target of the present work of qualifications is to realize a design of a web application so that the officials of the company could do requests of designing, improving, re- designing procedures, manual forms, between others, which are part of the papers organizational. The Management for processes determines a new form of work to the organizations, in which there are located the users and its needs as the center of all the operations. In addition to realizing the design of the application, there appears a web prototype developed in the tool named “JustinMind” that allows to shape prototypes to show, without coming to the development of the application, the required functionality. The project has been developed following a methodology of feasible project, in which there is realized a field investigation that was executed in the facilities of the company, a bibliographical investigation and the design of a prototype of the web application. The organization will be the beneficiaries of this project, initially, why a new structure will have organizational that allows to come to the established goals. During the development of the work several meetings were realized with the personnel of the company in which the requisites of the system were defined, he communicated to himself the advantages of an organization based on processes and the methodology was shared used to investigate and to document the actions so that they could keep its updated papers. On having finished the project, it is possible to determine that the targets of the investigation have been fulfilled in its entirety.
