Resumen
La presente investigación tiene el objetivo de proponer otra alternativa de financiamiento para la obtención de liquidez a corto plazo en las empresas PYMES como lo es la compañía Zibupor
S.A. en la ciudad de Duran en el periodo 2016, para esto se aplicó la metodología descriptiva, deductiva y bibliográfica, mediante la encuesta realizada pudimos detectar sobre el desconocimiento que los accionistas y gerentes poseen, también indicaron que el principal problema que afecta la liquidez es la falta de dinero inmediato para operar ya que existen inconvenientes entre las cuentas por cobrar y las cuentas por pagar debido a que la empresa paga más rápido de lo que recupera su cartera por cobrar.
Al aplicar la herramienta financiera del factoring se puede ver reflejado el incremento en la solvencia de un 3.20% a 3.35%, prueba acida de 3.01% a 3.16% esto quiere decir que la compañía pudo obtener mayor liquidez.
