Resumen
El trabajo de investigación denominado ¨Diseño de un manual de funciones en la tesorería de la empresa Serinecontrib S.A; se ejecutó con el fin de realizar una adecuada planificación, administración y control de la gestión de los colaboradores del área, lo cual ayuda al ahorro en tiempo por ende en la realización de las actividades en las cuales está inmersos. Para lograr el objetivo se aplicarán métodos para el trabajo investigativo, así como herramientas técnicas e instrumentos para la captura de datos que generalmente son las entrevistas y encuestas que se servirán con un cuestionario con preguntas elaboradas técnicamente con el trabajo de investigación. Los resultados del departamento de tesorería es el encargado de cubrir las necesidades y usos de fondos de la empresa, obteniendo recursos financieros y usándolos para fines rentables, además, en su función de contralor será encargado de la gestión contable y de sistemas por sus aportes de herramientas para controles de auditorías administrativas y financieras, y con la facultad de supervisión del área de recursos humanos integrándola a un proceso de cambio organizacional.
The research work called ¨Design of a manual of functions in the treasury of the company Serinecontrib S.A; it was executed with the purpose of carrying out an adequate planning, administration and control of the management of the collaborators of the area, which helps to save in time therefore in the accomplishment of the activities in which they are immersed. To achieve the objective, methods for investigative work will be applied, as well as technical tools and instruments for data capture that are generally interviews and surveys that will be served with a questionnaire with questions technically developed with the research work. The results of the treasury department is responsible for covering the needs and uses of funds of the company, obtaining financial resources and using them for profitable purposes, in addition, in its role as controller will be responsible for accounting and systems management for their contributions of tools for controls of administrative and financial audits, and with the faculty of supervision of the area of human resources integrating it to a process of organizational change.
