Resumen
RESUMEN
El trabajo de sistematización de experiencias, se enfocó en el proceso de diagnóstico de riesgo psicosocial: el estrés laboral en los colaboradores de una institución financiera.
El objetivo fue: Caracterizar el proceso diagnóstico de Riesgo Psicosocial con énfasis en el estrés laboral en los empleados de una institución financiera.
El objeto: El proceso de diagnóstico con énfasis en estrés laboral en los empleados de una institución financiera.
El eje: ¿Cómo se realizó el proceso diagnóstico con énfasis en el estrés laboral en los empleados de una institución financiera?
La metodología empleada fue de tipo cualitativa, inductiva, exploratoria, descriptiva y narrativa.
Los hallazgos encontrados fueron: que el estrés como riesgo psicosocial tiene consecuencias tales como: dolor de espalda, tensión corporal, etc., desembocando en el absentismo y ausentismo.
Los estudiantes del noveno semestre a través de la aplicación de entrevistas encuestas y observación participante, buscaron caracterizar y sistematizar aquellos aspectos que podrían ser considerados como riesgos para la organización, estas actividades iniciaron desde el mes de mayo hasta el mes de agosto.
The work of systematization of experiences focused on the psychosocial risk diagnosis process: work stress in the collaborators of a financial institution. The objective was: To characterize the diagnostic process of Psychosocial Risk with emphasis on work stress in the employees of a financial institution. The object: The diagnostic process with emphasis on work stress in the employees of a financial institution. The axis: How was the diagnostic process carried out with emphasis on work stress in the employees of a financial institution?
