This paper aims to analyze which parameters Preoperative and post-operative follow to Diabetic Patients in Oral Surgery. Scientists have used qualitative methods , quantitative , experimental , bibliographic , descriptive , obtaining as a result , the relationship between systemic diseases (diabetes ) and Oral Surgery . Diabetes Mellitus is a chronic disease, considered currently as a public health problem . Their focus is both preventing their onset and enhance your control treatment and prognosis. The dentist should have a professional specialized care and provide effective training, when there adequate attention to the need for these patients are be exposed to more severe complications and thus prolong its recovery because the diabetic patient is more susceptibility to infection and healing problems. The methods used in this investigation are of type Analytical as the elements are distinguished phenomenon and proceeds to orderly review each separately; Synthetic type as apparently isolated facts relate and made a theory that unifies the various elements ; Deductive type , as it present concepts , definitions, laws or general nomas , the which conclusions are drawn ; Inductive type, because the conclusion is removed from the study of all the elements forming the object of research. The expected outcome of this research is to improve the way that dentists choose a type of Pre -operative treatment and post -operative in patients this problem .
